Utility in Redwood burl

I just finished this one up. I love the redwood! 1095 hand finished satin. total length 8 1/4" with a 3 1/2" cutting edge. I tried to take advice from my last piece and work on it. Thanks Ausbrooks I hand finished the flats and bevels and thanks Laurence I tried to work on keeping it thinner on the back end giving the pinkie a rest. Any more input is welcome. Thanks for taking a look.

That looks great! I would have never guessed that to be redwood, nice work. I like that blade shape a lot too.

Good call by Laurence.
Lots of folks leave the back of the handle too fat IMHO.
Pinky has less reach than the other fingers on most folks.
