Upgrade and name change

Hi gents, I just upgraded to KnifeMaker via PayPal. I expect it will go through in a couple of days. When you have time, please change my user name to James Terrio (same spelling, just capitalized.) Let me know if I need to tweak anything in my profile settings to get the new title to show up, etc.
