Working on the plunge line shoulders. How do you guys keep the shoulder where the bevel swoops clean? I get pretty good but want it perfect. I either have scratches going up and down on the flat of the plunge or left and right in the bevel. I scribe my sandpaper so it's flat on a flat sanding stick. And attack it from a sharp angle so I don't get scratches on the bevels. Just can't seem to get it perfect. Using scotchbrite belts to finish bevels. I'll finish up the bevels w the belt then go to hand sand the flats and swoop at shoulder of plunge line. Driving me nuts

First, use a file guide if you are not currently. Second go to Ed Caffery’s website and watch his video on cleaning up plunge lines. Two words: Game Changer.
