Hey guys,
I am looking for information on how to make a deep carry Titanium pocket clip for my first liner lock build. Is .050" the best thickness and what is the best way to bend it?

My pocket clips are not what you would call 'Deep carry',a deep carry pocket clip would need a 90 degree bend on the tang. The only way I've ever been able to bend titanium 90 degrees and keep it from breaking us to heat it to a dull red while bending.
