Things a little slow right now

yeah, and unfortunately after 40 there's only one thing left that's flexible...well,except for if you stock up on Viagra...

Hey now I am only 29, this shouldn't be happening this early:)

It's not just the years, son, it's the mileage!

That doesn't bother me as much as I once thought it would. I got enough distractions

RMI's(Repetitive Motion Injuries) are nothing to mess with.
Wear the brace as much as possible. The less your arm moves, the better.
And listen to your Doc!

You guys talk about 40, wait until ya hit 50!:34:

Elder Wolf Brother, is it true that the older you get, the more you learn to work Smarter, not Harder? :3:

Hey Ernie I am only 29 as well...I just have 16 years experience being 29. I was a Granite Counter top Installer for many years and I can certainly feel the affects of it now that I am older. One thing I can tell you about the cortisone shots at least in my case is they didn't seem to help. I have a hell spur on my right foot and the podiatrist decided to do the cortisone shots. A course of three shots was what he decided on. First of all they had to give me a shot to numb my foot before giving me the cortisone and then it still hurt like crazy when they injected the cortisone. After each of the three shots was given my foot felt better for about a day then it was back to the same old same old. In the end (for me at least) the shots weren't worth it. Hope you get better!!!
