Save that drill for those times when you need to drill a hole at 30 degrees.

Sidebar.....that doesn't seem to be a very good drill bit. I've never seen one that would bend like that. They usually snap clean off.

I also use a clamp stop behind the piece to stop spinning if it slips.

Yeah it's not the best set of bits in the drawer. I had a pretty good chunk of wood twirling on it as I recall. Livin' and lernin'
