Thinking about getting this wood and having K&G stabilize it. I don’t know the moisture content though. They recommend 5% or less. Looks like it would make some beauty knife blocks.IMG_5232.jpeg
 
Spalted maple is great, but I've had some really nice spalted oak and beech. Spalting makes plain grain wood look good.
