Slipjoint #2

Here's the second folding knife I've done. It's a linerless slipjoint, with bronze washers, brass pins, and 1/8" orange G10. The blade and spring are 1/8" 1080. Dimensions are 4 1/4 closed, 8 3/8 open, 3 1/2 blade. Has a hand sanded 600 grit finish and hand filed swedges.

Improved over #1 in terms of fitup. Pivot was wobbly a little on #1, nice and tight on this one. Added swedges to #2.

nice nail nick. remind me again how you did it? you realize of course that I'm going to have to make one now?

Dremel cutting disc chucked in my drill press. Raised the table up to where I could keep the spine on the table. Did the depth and length freehand.
