This knife was my wife’s great grandfather and may preceded that. It was worn slam out. I don’t know if I can bring it back but if it doesn’t work out, I didn’t ruin it.

Love this !!!! It sure is nice having the spring and all the holes already lined up in the liner isn’t it ?? I’m gonna be following this one excited to see what kind of scales you put on the old girl

When I saw this thread it reminded me of my late father slipjoint and my late grandfather slipjoint. Both reside on my desk. Both need a bit of work.
