Randy,
Great looking 10"er Chef you have here. After having used CPM-S35VN for about two years I just started using the powder metal CPM-154 in a small Santoku I designed and am really happy with the way it preforms.

Cool Knife.

Mr. Haas, you're nailing those kitchen knife designs! Soon you'll have a Krameresque waiting list. I love the direction in which your work has moved and how quickly you've accomplished a knife that can compete with the Watanbes, Hattoris, Carters and all of the other benchmarks of the kitchen knife world. Keep it up, its very inspirational.

Thanks Mike, That is a HUGE complement. I appreciate your kind words and encouragement!

You're welcome Mr. H but your work always speaks with a voice of its own. Keep posting those pics, I sure love to drool over them.
