Quench tank/oil questions

Hi all, I usually work with stainless steels, but I’m wanting to start doing more blades out of 80crv2 (really like it for hunting knives). I have a couple questions. Warning: some of them may be stupid.

1. I have two gallons of Parks 50 in the shop. Is this ok for 80crv2?

2. What volume of oil would I need for batches of 6-8 small-to-medium blades?

3. Parks 50 is really ‘spensive. Assuming I need more than two gallons, would it be possible to mix Parks 50 and AAA? What would be the implications of that?

4. I’m going to fabricate some kind of tank. What dimensions are preferable?

I’d appreciate any advice!

I really like 80crv2. Most of my knives that I make now I use that.
