Yes, it you have the right equipment. I sanded them on the disk sander to 400g and then used a scotchbrite belt on them then anodized them.

Sweet - how much for postage to Australia?
$12 international flat rate envelope. First class to Oz, I am told takes a couple months?

Not sure you can use an envelope as that's usually just for documents. I've never had consistent postage from the States - very variable. Ordinary air (not prepaid) on a small knife is ~$4 and takes <1 week. Pre-paid air parcel ~$16 but that's for a bigger knife. I'll check with some of the other Aussies for a group buy.
