Pawn

This little pawn is made out of 1.2519, iron ferrule and an unindentified piece of hardwood root from the jungle.
very beautiful, dense wood with no pores at all....perfect grain to give a little checkering a first try.
To make it look more rural the blade grind is more basic and practical...
90 mm blade length, 210 mm overall.
Thanks for watching.
