O1 & Rosewood kitchen knife

Following lots of helpful feedback on my last kitchen knife I've made a few tweaks and come up with this....

The blade is 150x44x2mm and the overall length is about 250mm. The blade has a convex ground with a hand rubbed finish and the handle is rosewood with a fibre spacer and stainless steel pin.

I've just taken delivery of some 12c27 and stabilized wood for an 'up market' version :D

Nice clean vegetable knife you have there. I have a similar pattern that I call a Leaf knife after the pattern looking like half of a leaf. There are Leaf knives in the Philippine Islands.
