I took a break from my list to make my wife and her sister matching EDC's for Christmas
Sorry for the crappy pics, I really have to build a photo booth
Specs,
Blade; 3 inch double hollow ground Damasteel(Hakkapella)
Handle: Banksia pod with mosaic pins and 416SS collar
OAL; 7 1/8th inches
Sheath; Tooled 8/9 oz leather with lamb skin liner and belt clip

That is a very interesting handle - I had to google Banksia Pod to find what it is. Did you stabilize? How did you get the blue in the pod eyes? That is a PERFECT gift for your wife and her sister. I know who the sister's favorite brother-in-law is {g}

Thanks all,
My wife and I went to the new York knife show in November. She was checking out the handle material at the Masecraft table and found the banksia pod handle material, seemed like a pretty direct hint to me. It is stabilized and filled with acrylic looks like acraluster
