I guess I let my paring knives and cleavers get a little to close. Found this in the knife drawer the other morning. the blade is Aldo's 1084, Rc62-63, with a total blade angle of about 16degrees. The handle is hickory root finished with 5 hand rubbed coats of polyurethane.
