New Gunslinger I Just Finished

Here is a Gunslinger I just finished up.
I have made quite a few of these, the customer wanted the long spine with the filework all the way. I wasn't crazy about it, but its all about the customer.
OAL 9.5"
Blade 5"
388 Layer Damascus from Alabama Damascus
The guard I forged from a Bolt the customer gave me, then I cold blued it. He owns a shortline RR in Oregon and said the bolt came from a RR Bridge built in 1933.
He also gave me the date nails for the handles.
The scales are Spalted Maple.
I made the sheath too.

Looks neat Dwane. Many years ago I made one for my brother with a pistol grip, I doubt he still has it. Is that the wood you were telling me about?

The title made me check it out, glad I did. Cool Dwane! Love the concept and especially the forged ring guard.
