My new knife shop

Haven't moved in yet, just got over head doors and electricity hooked up today.

Nice shop! I wish I could have done concrete floors. The sky light will be a huge help.

I could use something like that just for the rehandle work.
It'd be far better than my basement. All the dust ain't doing my furnace, or the well pump, any good.

I recently moved my equipment from the garage to the shed I have in the back yard. Eventually I'll run the electric out there. . .
 
Sweet looking shop. I wouldn't be able to resist moving stuff in right away.
 
I love the shop !!! Congratulations I am sure you will enjoy it. I have the space for one just not the budget. I have a space in my pasture with a 10 x 10 pad plus an additional 10 x 10 footing that will eventually be my shop. It is part of the foundation of what was a 30 x 30 barn. It will make a 10 x 20 shop half of which will have a dirt floor ( that's where the forge will go). The other side will be for my machines and benches to go. I already have a 50 Amp circuit 8' away from the slab. It will be nice to get my operation consolidated right now my work areas are in three places.
