I recently completed this set for a new purveyor I'm working with, Fort Henry Custom Knives. The photo was done by Point Seven Studios for use on the Fort Henry website.
The head of the hawk is bearded, and has a cutting edge slightly over 4 Inches. The weathered barn oak haft is 21 inches long, and features burned carving, brass tacks, forged curl finial, and a ball end.
The belt knife is forged and aged 5160, 8 inches OAL, barn oak scales w/ rawhide bolster wraps, steel pins, and a forged curl.
The rawhide sheath and headcover are also made to match.

Good Morning John,
This looks like something from yesteryear. We should be seeing some of your work in the movies.2guns2guns Wade

I hadn't commented on the last few you've posted but you've been on a tear putting the creative, artisitic, and inspiring work we've all come to expect from you out there.

I REALLY enjoyed your video too boot !

Take care, Josh

Those are very Nice John. That weathered oak has a real dramatic affect on the set. Great job.

The dvd's are excellent. Can't wait to take those 2 hides outta the freezere and make'm into rawhide.
