Martin Kitchen Skate

Strange name for a strange knife, 12C27 steel, 416 bolsters and G-10 handle. I've made a couple of these and they are very useful kitchen knives. Handle design keeps your knuckles off the cutting board and the belly in the blade is great for slicing and dicing. Blade is .100 thick with a full flat grind, thanks for taking a look.

Very cool offset culinary knife!! I have a similar pattern that I came up with after seeing a old offset bread knife a few years back
I like that thumb ramp too.
