Making a list

Ok. So I've got the basic large tools I need to start making some tactical folders. I'm making a list of what else I will need so I can buy a bit from Tracy every paycheck.

I'm kind of lost  as to what size screws and drills and taps and other miscellania I'll need for a liner lock flipper, Could someone help me out with a shopping list?

Also what size counterbore would I need for the IKBS system?

Thanks for all the help dogs!

The screw size is your choice. Generally 2-56 are the most popular all around. For really large tacticals (large) 4-40 but the scale has to fit or the look is out of balance.

I am in the process of getting some counterbores in stock for the IKBS system. Dave helped me out here: [FONT=&quot]One .375"OD x 3/16" pilot counterbore, 1/16" 440c balls 14 per side, 3/16" pivot of choice

When tapping Titanium, use one size larger drill bit than the charts call for. Most tap charts call for an approximately 65% thread, in Ti the screw will strip out long before the Ti will so a 50% thread is fine.
Get this chart I made.

I'll let others step in now.
