Lowest bevel grit?

I wish I had thought of this earlier if you want to see a GREAT VIDEO on hand sanding go to YOUTUBE and look up Nick Wheeler Hand Sanding 101 or something like that? Definitely Nick Wheeler though!
 
I love Nick Wheelers videos. The way I look at his videos is not how to make a knife..... But how to make a $2000 bowie knife build along. If you went step by step following his videos you can make the same knife! Its all about taking your time and doing the best with equipment you have available.
