If you buy the Sears Co,
2 x 48 you can use it until it burns out and them send it back to sears for another No Charge!
A friend of mine did it at least twice.
Also you get a better belt selection with 2 x 48"

Well What type of 2x48? I mean there is a craftsman 2x42 and I dont know what there is in 2x48 in a good but cheaper than a baldor 2x48 or kalamazoo.
