Its a shame to cover up that amazing pattern in the handle... Maybe clear acrylic? hehe...
 
Thanks guy I think the wife said no handle just round off,i was thinking ivory just a small turtle shaped piece in the round part of the handle that way you can still see the pattern on the end and a curved indent at the blade end for your thumb ,but not sure yet need to ponder on it some.
 
Clint, Great looking damascus, and the dagger is exceptional! I like the idea of a small scale allowing the damascus to be seen! :) Keep up the great work brother!
