Absolutely awesome Craig! What head spinner or process do you use? I've been looking for a good one to buy.

Thanks everyone.

KCorn, I make my spinners from drill rod. Use a 1/8 ball endmill or a 1/8 drill bit in a lathe to make a dimple in the end of the drill rod. I taper the end also. I use a hand drill and taper it on my belt grinder. Then heat treat the spinners. The smaller pins are polished before I install them.

I use a 3 mm polishing pin from Rio Grande to polish them. Use a small burr to make a dimple in the end of the craytex before polishing the pins. If not you can't keep it on the pin and it will flatten the pin out.

Here is the link to them from Rio Grande. If you order some get the extra mandrels also. I like the brown, grey and red.
