Wow! Impressive knife, Randy. I'm not a big fan of damascus, but the handle and blade patterns really compliment each other.

Thanks Cathy. I appreciate the complement on the work. But, really. you dont like damascus? I just cant believe anyone would not like damascus.. its the coolest and most amazing stuff ever!!!!! :)

That's a great looking combo Randy.
I've had some of those oak leaf carving stencils for years and would like to try em out if I ever make a sheath that doesn't look like Pigpen made it.lol.

I like "some" damascus. There are so many patterns and I've seen some bad handle and blade pattern choices. Used poorly, I think it is distracting. I'm Old School, and I like the patterns that look like they were made 100's of years ago. Just my opinion, and ya know everyone has one.
 
Cathy, I got ya.. I just love Damascus and the different things that we do with it! Its still amazing to me that We can take a few pieces of randomly stacked material and make a pattern at all. :)
