My name is Rock Cowles. I am a web site designer, caricaturist, and graphic artist. I am also a former soldier, sailor, police officer, tattoo artist, body piercer, steel worker, cab driver, aircraft mechanic, and too many other things to get into! I'm also a bit of a gun nut.

I have collected, used, and studied knives my entire life. Tactical folders and fixed blades tend to be my favorites, although I have many others.

Due to my interests and his profession, I have attended the Blade Show in Atlanta, Georgia for about the past twelve years. I have had the privilege to meet many great makers, engravers, and factory reps over the years.

I am also a member of the International Society of Caricature Artists, Mensa, the JD, and the LP.

Hey Rock,

We met at the Blade show in 08. In fact, we actually stayed at the same hotel.

We seem to have many things in common (soldier, cop, tattoo artist, piercer, gun nut, etc.). It's nice to know another who has yet to determine what he wants to be when he grows up. lol.
