M mikew Well-Known Member Jun 26, 2013 #1 Hi there. Here's the latest incarnation of my 6 inch kitchen knife.... The blade is 12c27 heat treated and tested to 60hrc and cryo treated. The handle is stabilised spalted maple burr and the bolster in buffalo horn. Please let me know what you think.
