I just finished this Modder's Folder Kit from USA Knife Makers. It features a two color C-TEK handle with a black liner material to stiffen the C-TEK. I blackened the Hardware and S/S liners using a S/S etching solution. I had to insert a washer behind the pivot pin because the hole ended up slightly off center and I did not want to start over. This is a nice little project from USA Knife Makers that can be very customized. The toughest part was routing out the recess for the clip. I had no milling machine so I did it freehand using a milling end in my drill press. Let me know what you think of my first effort.
I also built a No-Weld Grinder with plans from USA Knife Maker. Although it is a no-weld kit, I decided to weld it together. It was a good excuse to learn how to weld and buy a welder. Something I always wanted to do.
