Biggest thing is pre assemble handle to be sure the bolts don't hit on inside of barrells in handle and then not tighten. Glad I've never done that...:biggrin:
Yep - you can use step drills or counterbores. If you want to get by, take a center drill and grind the radius into a square shoulder, and ya got a step drill.
