Jason Wernli - My First Year

After reading what Justin Presson has accomplished, I feel a little behind!
Oh Well, here it goes...
In the Spring time, I thought, hey, I should make a knife. Now, this is pretty much all I want to do in my free time. I have very little of that... Please excuse the poor pictures.
My first couple blades were done the hard way on a file jig.

Here is my 3rd Knife in WIP - Can't find a finished pic right now...
0-1 ended up with Leopardwood scales

Here is my 5th Knife. It is D2 with Leopardwood and 416 Bolsters.
It is a small EDC and really fits good in the hand. Definitely my favorite!!!

I can't wait to see what I can get done this year.

Thanks to all of you that have helped me this year whether you know it or not!

Great job Jason! That 2nd knife l really like the profile. I'm diggin the stamp is that going to be your stencil for your blades too. Hey man don't feel bad my knifemaking is about to slow down with the new baby coming soon, just when you get one out of diapers and sleeps all night time to do it again.
