Hold my hand while I try to make a frame lock folder?

So I've read about making frame lock folders and seen some tutorials. I am just worried about making one spending the money on parts and then having it not work correctly. I want to make a folder with either a flipper or a thumb hole that is really smooth (ball bearings)

I was wondering if any one really had time to talk with me about getting this down?

Ok... Well can anyone suggest a good tutorial that actually has pictures or books? I have seen the tactical folder book but would like to see more. I really would like to be able to make a folder flipper with the alpha knife supply bearings.
