I just wanted to take a minute to introduce myself.
Starting as a child I grew up with family and friends who enjoyed knives both for collecting and for use in every day life.
I am just now deciding I want to get involved with making minor modification of my knives in terms of appearance for a more individualized and customized look. "Making" a knife from a kit is another thing I would like to do.
When I started looking at some of the posts on this forum I was wondering if this forum is just for professionals, or ok too for someone starting from zero, such as myself??
