hey all,
just wanted to introduce myself. i am new to knife making and i caught the fever, and no, its not of the "more cowbell" strain...i live in the Great Pacific Northwest and fancy myself a bushcraft enthusiast. That being said i have embarked on the never ending journey to find the "perfect" blade...quality knives are expensive, and i always seem to feel like i could get more "bang for my buck" if i could make them myself. The adage "if you want something done right, you gotta do it yourself" comes to mind. You folks have already blown me away with your friendly disposition and vast knowledge, and I feel privileged to be a part of this fine community.
thank you for listening to my rambling introduction!
