From Cookeville Tennesee.
Name's Jeff, and I'm a fledgling knifemaker (Again). I'd started my own forging and knifemaking a while back, then got laid up after a very bad car wreck left me disabled.
So now I'm slowly working my way back into business, working from blade blanks and kit blades and hafting the knives by hand with a minimum of tools.
(Literally, a minimum. I've got a drill, and a dremel tool. Everything else is done by file and sandpaper.)
I've served my nation as a sailor (USS Forrestal, CV-59) a soldier (US Army (r), MPI 351st MP co.), a civilian LEO, studied art, and spent a period of time working for the illustrious Randall made Knives.
Heres a couple samples of my work:
A couple I made for my daughters sweet 16th
And a Stingray folder I modified;
Glad to meet y'all
