Claude said the round knife cuts great and he hasnt had to re-sharpen yet. Remember its a leather cutting knife though, he hasnt popped any elk legs apart at the joint or hammered it through a briskett but so far, so good.
I think you should test one and let us all know your results. I bet for a kitchen slicer the 63 would be awesome.
