Chain Maille Bowie Knife

[PMARTINKNIVES]

My son Cory and I collaborated on a unique project, recently he became obsessed with chain maille so I built a bowie using 11.5 inches of San Mai SS over tool steel. Guard and butt cap are 416 stainless and the actual handle is micarta. He fitted the handle with a chain maille sleeve and also the panel for the sheath. Once I had the knife assembled, I epoxied the chain maille in place as well as on the sheath. Thanks for taking a look,
