Canvas Micarta

Here is one I just finished today. I sent it out to the mailing list (you can sign up for it here) and it sold in 4 minutes. It's one of a series of no-frills knives I'm making for quick sale to hasten the advent of my new grinder. Anyway, it's got black canvas Micarta with red liners and stainless hardware. It's almost 9 inches, blade is just shy of 4".

Good looking knife. Reminds me of the Old Timer I got while in high school, probably before you were born Travis, find looking unit.
Your knife looks like it would fit my hand much better.
What steel did you use?

1080. I've got some 440C, ATS 34, CPM 154, 1095, D2, and some damascus all awaiting inspiration or, in some cases, heat treat, but 1080 is what I know best.
