Just finished this one today, Buffalo Skinner with Bog Oak that's been carbon dated to 5400 years old, spacers are Mammoth Ivory with black G-10 & Nickel/Silver, blade length from tip to front of guard is 4 3/4" with an overall length of 9 3/4".
Really nice work - like the oak and mammoth, they match in era - the oak and the mammoth could have been alive at same time - 1700BC last living mammoth died- :biggrin: perfect combo.
Thanks guys, by now you must know I love this style of blade or anything that falls under this category like the green river & the old Hudson Bay knife. ((
