Yup I did it again !
I have a jar beside my bench full of pin cutoffs and other little "do dads" . I dont like to throw anything away because I may be able to use them on another knife some day . So it was time to get a few pins for the handle , I looked in the jar and found two pins close in size . I used them. Upon shaping , sanding , workin the handle , I noticed I used two different mossiac pins .. I got ps'd off for a sec and then I thought of a few famous words spoken by my man Laurence , "Its not a mistake , its a Design Modifacation . " I laughed and just brushed it under the table and all was good .. Thank You Laurence !!
Anyway , it is what it is !! Take a peak .
Steel 1095
OL 8.5"
Tip to bolster 3.7/8"
Stabilized wood
Some file work on spine
Brass bolsters cut on angles ( dont know the angle , but it looked good )
My sheath . 8oz
No liners in this one or frills between bolsters and scales
And Two Design Modifacationed Mossiac Pins.. Thanks Laurence .. Love It !!
