This was on my standard tanto pattern with a couple of changes. The customer requested a thicker blade at 6" of length, so I utilized .270-.300 thick CPM154CM and stretched the whole pattern to keep it in scale.

Hardened and tempered to 58 Rockwell C
304 stainless bolsters, miter cut, with 303 stainless Corbys
Black linen Micarta handle scales
Two sheaths...vertical Boltaron and a left handed horizontal

It was interesting milling the tang to get the balance appropriate, a lot of dry fit up and incremental checking; it finished out right at the index finger. I wish I had a better photo set of this...my pictures just don't do it justice. After the photographs were sent out prior to shipping the customer requested I raise the grind height 1/8" of an inch so I did so. I will have to invest in a 12" contact wheel soon. Thanks for looking!
