4th knife compleated

Hi Guys
Well the Gaboon Viper of my Viper series is finished.
This is my 4th knife compleated and I have another one like it I am trying to finish then to the BIG CHOPPER
The BushMaster.
Knife specs
440 c stainless
Rockwell 57 1/2
G10 handle OD Green & Black
Stainless tubing for pins
Hollow ground
Saw teeth
Bead Blast finish

I've not seen a hollow grind on a deep bellied recurve like that; what size wheel did you use? Is the swedge sharp? How do you do your bead blast finish? Thanks!

It was ground on a 14" wheel. Yes the swedge and teeth are sharp. There is a small beadblast cabnit in the shop and we use alumnium oxcide. I taped off the edge with elec.tape and blasted away. Then oiled the whole knife with penatrateing oil. I realy like this finish.

XVery nice! I need to try the penatrating oil method, never heard about that. Could you tell us which oil you used?

Very wicked looking knife! Great job all around.
I've used glass bead and elec tape for similar results in the past. I got a small blast cabinet from TSC, not that expensive, and fits right on the bench top.
