1st Ironwolf designed 'Maverick' pics

Maverick's got a bite

I'm real happy with the edge performance of this lil' knife:
I did quite a bit more cutting than this, but these are the highlights:
(with a slightly 'toothy' working edge)
crunching nicely through 8oz leather, slicing off nice thick chunks of pine,
making nice thin curly-cues,then (because I'm out of rope),I twisted up a heavy denim work-shirt sleeve into a 1" thick rope, and almost stabbed myself slicing through it in a reverse cut! It went through the denim 'rope' with so little effort it almost caught me by surprise.
Sliced up some nice ribbons of paper, then shaved the back of my hand...
Not too bad :D

weird, some are there, and then there's ones in between that aren't...
(I'm starting to hate photobucket...)
...I'm gonna try something,be right back!
There,fixed...except that photobucket won't sequence them in the order I choose!...

Thanks Steve!
Man,the response from you guys is blowing me away...
I mean,I'm fairly pleased with the whole package, and know what I'll do better next time (and the time after that...),
but coming from the likes of you folks,
well heck,I'm one big ugly guy,but I got a beautiful grin on my face, and I thank ya for it! :D

Thanks man,
I designed it,but Jeff Mutz made the blades for me:
it's 440C stainless,flat ground,with a diff. heat-treat,
Rc 58-59 at the edge.
The next batch of blades I have coming are ground from S30V,and some forged from 5160.
