This is another of my most recent new model,Big Trapper T&L,a liner less slipjoint folder that is 4 1/4" long closed with a 3 1/4" long blade,weighs 1.45 oz.

I think that these knives may have an advantage over the typical liner less slipjoints out there. I use washers to provide relief around the tang of the knife,so even though there are no liners,the tang of the knife never comes in contact with the handle material. One reservation I always had about liner less slipjoints was the wearing of the relitavely soft handle material where it contacts the tang,even though other makers told me this was not a problem. So once I got my slipjoints with washers perfected I decided to try a liner less model.
