how big a blade do you want to heat treat? what kind of steel? i have a small kiln 120vac with a max temperature of 1650F that will handle a 10" total length blade that i would part with for $300 or so plus shipping. totally manual right now, but the blades i did in it last sunday all came out as expected. the O1 had an as quenched hardness of Rc66.
