You talking about one of those orange plastic handled double rodded quickie hand sharpeners?

No I think he means one of those two front legged, two back suction cup legged things with the black plastic base at an angle and a water stone on a rod thingie that you move back and forth with the knife pressed against the black plastic base, with the blade pointing towards the user doohickie.
