This is my new shop down in Louisiana.

The whole building is 30x40. Half of that is my knife shop. I have an 8x8 grinding room with vacuum system. More this to come in the future.

Dang, I'd love to have that much space. I might have a third of that........BTW, how do you get the black off the buffer wheels? I have three buffers and one I use for the brass and metals turns really black and I try to not get the black on the buffers I use for the antler handles........thanks

With a buffer rake. You can get them at any knife supplier.
