#3 is on the bench waiting on the final fitting and the reamer I ordered for the pins.

Good deal. I originally underestimated the value of the tapered reamer.
I now use it on every peening.

BTW, your duck boat is awesome!

Thanks the boat works very well it's the only one that I have found that I can stand up in and use a push poll on with out feeling like it was going to tip over.

I think a kit is the way to start help work the frustration out probably a little cheaper in the long run you don't have to go out and buy a lot of different materials.
