OBG's version. The more I'm looking at it, the better I'm liking it. With the 4" grinding wheel mounted on same 1.5" tooling arm as the adjustment plates and magnetic chuck it seems like it would have less movement.

Comments please?

Ahhh, the Digital readout - you're right. Those are NOT sealed units, but with it mounted on bottom it should hold up pretty good. I wasn't paying much attention to that. Not sure how important a dial indicator/digital readout is anyway. I don't think you can feed .012" on readout and expect it to have removed exactly .012" - I don't have enough experience with my SG yet to really know.

His system with grinding wheel mounted on same tooling arm as the magnetic chuck might be better - I don't know.
 
For the price it should be worth trying. I think my tooling budget just got smaller! The link you posted showed them out of stock. But it will be on my watch list for sure.
