Norwegian living in Sydney

Hi guys,
thanks for letting me onto the forum.

My name is Bjorn, from Norway but living in Sydney, Australia.
Been making knives for about 5 years here and started a small hobby company 3 years ago, offering Scandinavian knife making kits and parts in Australia and New Zealand.

Here is an axe I forged, with the mini axe for my son :)

I glue my welt with contact adhesive but when I drill stitching holes the glue wraps around the drill bit and almost destroys the sheath.

Damn lol

Welcome to our place. Did you axe start out to have a beard with the squared blade back edge being the reason for my asking.

I was going for a bit of a beard but that was as far as I got :)
Basically forged the eye in by hand and by then I was worn out.
Had to wait to another time to clean it up a bit and start drawing out the blade.
Then when cold, I drew on a shape I liked and ground it to the way it looks now.
